J&H LED Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your J&H LED purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines.
Return Eligibility
– Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
– Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
– Clearance, special-order, and final-sale items are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
– Contact our Customer Service team at support@jandhled.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
– Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
– Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
– Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
– A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns unless within 30 days.
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
– If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
– J&H LED will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.
– Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Refunds
– Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
– Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after receipt.
– Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges
– Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order.
– To avoid delays, we recommend placing a new order right away and returning the unwanted item for a refund.
Warranty Coverage
– Many J&H LED products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty.
– Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may involve product testing.
– Contact us for assistance with warranty support.
Bulk & Commercial Orders
– Orders of 10 or more units may be subject to additional return restrictions or higher restocking fees.
– Please confirm details with our sales team before placing large or project-based orders.
