Return Policy

J&H LED accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact J&H LED as soon as possible.

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, J&H LED may provide a replacement, replacement parts, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

The 20% restocking fee does not apply to approved returns resulting from a J&H LED shipping error or covered product defect.

Photos, product information, or other documentation may be requested to help evaluate the claim.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns.

If the return is the result of a J&H LED shipping error or an approved defective-product claim, J&H LED will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from an error by J&H LED.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Special-order, custom, clearance, discontinued, final-sale, or otherwise designated non-returnable products may not be eligible for return.

Any applicable return restrictions will be communicated when appropriate.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are separate from this Return Policy.

Products covered by a J&H LED limited warranty may remain eligible for warranty replacement or service after the 30-day return period, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
