Limited Warranty

J&H LED provides a limited warranty on its lighting fixtures for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, unless a shorter warranty period is specifically stated on the product's specification sheet.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and may include full replacement of the fixture or replacement of defective parts, as determined by J&H LED.

Warranty coverage does not include refunds.

Warranty Coverage

During the applicable warranty period, J&H LED may repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for an eligible defective fixture.

Warranty claims are subject to review and approval by J&H LED.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Installation, operation, or use outside the parameters stated in the official product specification sheet
  • Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Physical or cosmetic damage caused by external forces
  • Accidents, weather events, acts of God, or other conditions outside normal intended use
  • Damage resulting from electrical conditions outside the product's specified operating range

Evidence of misuse or operation outside the product's published specifications may void warranty coverage.

Non-LED Fixtures and Bulbs

Non-LED fixtures are covered under the same limited warranty terms unless otherwise stated. Standard replaceable light bulbs included with a fixture at no additional charge are not covered under this warranty.

Light Output and Performance

Fixtures covered by this warranty are expected to remain operational and maintain normal light output throughout the applicable warranty period when properly installed and operated within the product's published specifications.

Warranty Claims

Customers requesting warranty service may be required to provide proof of purchase, photographs, product information, installation details, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Approved warranty claims will be resolved through replacement of the fixture, replacement of defective components, or another appropriate warranty remedy determined by J&H LED.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the specific warranty period and specifications published for the individual product.
